Welcome to PlausibleAI. This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of PlausibleAI (the "App"), which is owned and operated by PlausibleAI ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the App.

1. General Terms

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1.2 Modification of Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Trading Signals

2.1 No Investment Advice

The App provides market trading signals (stock, futures, crypto) and related information for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the App should be interpreted as investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell securities, or a recommendation for any financial product. You should consult with a licensed investment professional before making any decision based on the App’s information.

2.2 Accuracy of Signals

While we strive to provide accurate trading signals based on historical data, analysis, and market patterns, trading markets are inherently unpredictable. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any signals or related data provided by the App. You acknowledge that any reliance on such signals is at your own risk.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and "as available" basis. You expressly agree that your use of the App is solely at your own risk. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of the use of this App or trade signals, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

4. Liability

4.1 No Liability for Trading Losses

You acknowledge and agree that PlausibleAI shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or financial harm that may result from your trading activities based on signals or other information provided by the App. Trading securities involves significant risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with your investment decisions and for any losses incurred.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PlausibleAI, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, loss of business, or anticipated savings, resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the App.
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of any signals provided by the App.
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.
• Any other damages arising from your use of the App.

4.3 Technology Risks

The App may experience interruptions, downtime, security breaches, data corruption, or technical issues that can interfere with accurate data delivery or app functionality. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to such interruptions.

5. User Obligations

5.1 Account Responsibility

If you create an account on the App, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under the account. We recommend that you do not share your login credentials with anyone.

5.2 Prohibition of Illegal Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purposes or in a way that violates any applicable laws. Any suspicious or illegal activities may result in the termination of your account and could be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlausibleAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, legal fees, and costs arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or any violation of applicable laws.

7. Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge and understand that:

• The stock market and other financial trading markets are highly volatile, and significant financial loss may occur.
• There is no guarantee of profitability, and the risk of loss can be substantial when trading stocks orfinancial instruments based on signals provided by the App.
• You should never invest more than you are prepared to lose, and you should always conduct your own research or consult with a qualified professional.

The signals provided by the App do not account for your specific financial situation, and each investment decision is ultimately your sole responsibility.

8. Termination of Use

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
